The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS is for quashing of the FIR No.361 dated 22.09.2024 under Sections 305 and 331(3) of the BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Ferozepur City. 2.

None has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 3.

The learned counsel for the State, on instructions, submits that all the 07 prosecution witnesses stand examined and the case is now listed for defence evidence.

In view of the above, the question of quashing of the FIR does not arise.

Needless to say, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all the grounds as raised in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.
