(Oral) In terms of the order dated 25.04.2017, another affidavit of the Superintendent of Police, Panipat, has been filed in Court today by the learned State counsel, a perusal of which shows that a departmental inquiry has also been ordered against the Inspector/Incharge, CIA-1, Panipat, for not getting the Test Identification Parade done, despite the fact that it was required in the case in question.

Without making any further comment on the aforesaid, with the departmental proceedings obviously to be taken to their logical conclusion, this petition in which bail was already granted to the petitioner vide the last order of this Court dated 25.04.2017, is finally disposed of.
