(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.112 dated 28.06.2019 under Section 21 of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Sections 25, 29, 61 and 85 of NDPS Act, 1985 added later on) and registered at Police Station Dharmkot, District Moga, Punjab.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 20.12.2022, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.12.2022 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
