(ORAL) Pursuant to the order dated 14.11.2019 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, report from the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar along with copies of statements of the parties has been received, vide letter No. 59 dated 01.02.2020 duly forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, vide Endst. No. 141/DSJ-19A dated 03.02.2020. As per the same, no compromise has been effected between the parties and the complainant party wants to proceed with the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition.
