SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.0083 dated 11.08.2023 under Sections 22(c) of NDPS Act registered at P.S Sadar Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. Faced with the fact that after investigation, Section 27,61,85 of NDPS Act was added vide Rapat No.20 dated 16.08.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

Prayer is accepted.
