The present application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for placing on record the copy of dissolution of marriage by decree of divorce dated 13.12.2021 as Annexure P-6.

Application is allowed as prayed for.

Annexure P-6 is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CRWP-10367-2023 1.

In compliance of order dated 20.10.2023, respondents No. 4 & 5 are present in Court and have stated that they have neither threatened the petitioners nor do they have any objection to the said relationship. 2.

Short reply by way of affidavit of Mr. Sonu Narwal, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Traffic, Karnal, has been filed by learned State counsel on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 which is supported by the

Hence, in light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of, by imposing cost of Rs. 2,500/- upon the petitioners which shall be deposited with Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Clerks Association, within 15 days from today.

In case, the petitioners do not deposit the cost, appropriate proceedings shall be initiated against them.

Only for the purpose of compliance of deposit of the cost, the matter is adjourned 20.12.2023.
