Dhillon, Director General Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula, has been filed on behalf of the respondent, which reflects that a Speaking Order dated 23.10.2024 (Annexure R-1), in compliance with the aforesaid order dated 28.05.2024, has been passed by the Directorate of Elementary Education, Haryana, Panchkula.
