By virtue of the present application, petitioner has prayed to issue directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to carry out a fair and impartial enquiry on the representation dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-9). 2.

Learned counsel submits that there has been a previous round of litigation between petitioner and respondent No.4 and 5. In the civil proceedings, on the basis of compromise the civil suit filed by petitioner and respondent No.4, respectively was withdrawn. However private respondents continued threatening the petitioner, pursuant to which a complaint was filed to the police authorities, which was also decided by registering DDR No.26 dated 01.05.2025. Based on the same, proceedings under Sections 126/170 BNSS were initiated.

Learned counsel submits that despite that private respondents are threatening the petitioner to forcibly encroach over the agricultural land owned and possessed by him. Once again, a complaint was filed to the police authorities to look into the matter but the same has yet not been decided.

After considering the respective submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the petition, without commenting on the merits thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the official respondents No.2 and 3 to dispose of the representation dated 19.08.2025 (Annexure P-9), within a period of 2 months, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
