Present petition has been filed under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.25 dated 25.03.2025 under Section 22 (Sections 29, 61, 85 added later on) of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Gardiwal, District Hoshiarpur.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present petition.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as not pressed.
