The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking enhancement of the maintenance by modifying the impugned order dated 20.09.2022 (Annexure P-1) passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Amritsar. 2.

In view of the judgment dated 24.01.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in FAO-5930-2023 titled as Rajni V/s Mohit, the impugned order is amenable to appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984.

Faced with the same, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file First Appeal against the Order.
