The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.115 dated 03.10.2019 registered under Sections 354, 506 IPC at Women Police Station Jind, District Jind.

By an order dated 14.11.2019 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State on instructions from IO submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is no more required.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.
In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 14.11.2019 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
