CRM-M-48231 of 2019 and CRM-M-49808 of 2019 and CRM-M-53922 of 2019 My this order shall dispose of three petitions for regular bail bearing CRM-M-48231 of 2019 filed by Sanjay Pandit @ Sanju Pandit, CRM-M-49808 of 2019 filed by Pankaj @ Mannu Pandit and CRM-M53922 of 2019 filed by Vijay Pandit. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that since on conclusion of trial the petitioners have been acquitted by Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana vide judgment dated 19.2.2020, therefore, these petitions have become infructuous and these be disposed of accordingly. Learned State counsel on instrcutions from S.I. Nachhatar Pal has admitted this fact.

Under the circumstances, the petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
