(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order of suspension dated 05.08.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani. 1.1 A further prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus to restore the petitioner on the post of Sarpanch and also to hand over him the charge of the Gram Panchayat, Devsar, District Bhiwani and not to implement order dated 07.08.2025 (Annexure P-4) for appointment of any panch as Sarpanch in place of the petitioner. 2.
