Counsel for the respondent, as per the instructions received from the respondent, submits that the respondent shall withdraw the petition under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, before the court below on the next date fixed i.e. 26.05.2025.

In view of the statement made by the counsel for the respondent, at this stage, counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to pursue with the transfer application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ordered accordingly.

However, the respondent shall remain bound by the statement made by his counsel today.
