RA-188-CII-2017 This review application has been filed by the insurance company against the order dated 19.7.2017 passed by this Court. Since the mistake is apparent on the face of it, therefore, notice is not required to be issued in this case.

Inadvertently, the amount of Rs. 1,02,000/- allowed by the Tribunal on the head of disability has not been deducted from the amount awarded by this Court under the head of disability i.e. Rs. 2,29,500/-. Therefore, amount allowed by the Tribunal under the head of disability is liable to be deducted and the amount comes to Rs. 2,29,500 - 1,02,000 = 1,27,500/- and the total enhanced amount would come to Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2017.11.10 12:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
