**** JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) On 01.09.2025, the following order was passed:- "The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of the order dated 24.07.2025 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar, in FIR No.15 dated 15.01.2017 under Sections 379, 307, 420, 467, 468, 471, 473, 120-B IPC, Sections 29, 32 and 33 of Indian Forest Act, 1927 & Sections 27, 29, 35(5) of the Wild Life Protection Act, 1972 and Section 13(1D) of the Prevention of Corruption Act registered at Police Station Chhachhaurali, District Yamuna Nagar whereby the bail granted to the petitioner has been cancelled and warrants of arrest have been issued.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was unable to appear on 24.07.2025 as he was out of station due to labour work because of which the impugned order came to be passed. He states that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings once again.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today and subject to a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as costs with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Bar Association, Chandigarh, Account No.65035682434, SBI High Court Branch, IFSC:-SBIN0050306, he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

A copy of the receipt depositing a sum of Rs.25,000/- with the aforesaid Association as well as a copy of the order granting interim bail to the petitioner be produced in the Court on the next date of hearing." In deference to the aforementioned order, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has since been released on interim bail vide order dated 05.09.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Jagadhri. A copy of the said order is taken on record and marked as Mark 'A'. An amount of Rs.25,000/- stands deposited. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

It is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from the Trial without sufficient cause.
