**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) In this petition, the petitioner is seeking fair investigation in case FIR No. 96 dated 18.07.2019 under Sections 323, 324, 452, 506, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Doraha, Khanna, Punjab.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Hakam Singh submits that the challan has already been presented before the trial Court on 12.03.2020.
