(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that respondent No.2 is not following the guidelines issued by respondent No.3 for filling up the post of Assistant Professor. He also submits that the petitioner shall be preferring a representation to respondent No.3 and prays that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the same.
Issue notice to the respondents.
At the asking of the Court, Mr. Anant Kataria, DAG, Haryana and Mr. Shiv Kumar Sharma, Advocate accept notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3 respectively.
Mr. Tanvir Singh Attariwala, Advocate puts in appearance and accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2.

The petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 that in the event of the petitioner filing a representation, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of three months from its receipt.
