Learned counsel for the appellants states that appellant No.1 has since expired and appellant No.2 had filed the present appeal through appellant No.1 as his General Power of Attorney (GPA). Learned counsel for the appellants seeks some time to implead the legal representatives of deceased appellant No.1. On his request, adjourned to 18.02.2025."

Learned counsel for the appellants states that despite contacting the legal representatives of appellant No.1 they have not come forward to give their details.
