(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of the impugned order dated 19.10.2024 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Phillaur, whereby the petitioner was declared proclaimed person in case bearing FIR No.169 dated 01.08.2019 registered under Section 323, 325 (Section 120-B added later on) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Goraya, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition at this stage, as the clients are nowhere in contact with him.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
