(ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 04.10.2022 communicated to the petitioner vide Memo (Annexure P-5) and served upon the petitioner vide Email dated 10.11.2022, appointing Sh. R.P. Bhasin-respondent No.3 as inquiry officer to conduct departmental inquiry against the petitioner. 2.

Apropos previous order dated 02.12.2022, corrective measures have been taken by the department and the petitioner, who is present in person, states that his grievance has been mitigated and prays for permission to withdraw this petition.
