Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to official respondents No.2 and 3 to furnish the status report on the representation dated 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-1), wherein the respondent Nos.4 to 6 and their accomplices have duped the hard earned money of the petitioner by promising to send his son abroad in order to settle and earn a livelihood. During course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he had moved a representation dated 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) before respondent No.2, but no action on the same has been taken till date and he would be satisfied, if respondent No.2 is directed to look into and decide the said representation. Notice of motion.

CRM-M-47555 of 2025 Mr. R.K. Singla, Addl.A.G. Haryana, accepts notice and submitted that he has no objection if the aforesaid representation dated 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) is looked into.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-the Superintendent of Police, Kurukshetra, to look into the aforesaid representation and decide the same, at the earliest and to take appropriate steps as per law, if any required, at the earliest. Disposed of.
