(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 115 dated 25.09.2018 registered under Sections 354-A, 377, 498-A, 406 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Jatusana, District Rewari.

At the outset, on instructions, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioners have been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 14.06.2023.

Learned counsel petitioners as well as learned counsel for respondent No. 2-complainant have not disputed the aforesaid fact. In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
