Only grievance of the petitioner is that the enquiry which was initiated against respondent No.3, is not concluded so far. On the asking of the court, Mr. Sahil Sharma, DAG, Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He submits that, in case, any enquiry is pending against respondent No.3, steps shall be taken for completion thereof at the earliest, in any case, not later than two months.

In view of statement made by learned State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
