Status report dated 18.03.2023, by way of affidavit of Satish Kumar, H.P.S., Deputy Superintendent of Police, Narnaund, District Hisar, on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 is filed by the learned State counsel in Court today and the same is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner namely Ram Kumar has expired and as per the instructions from the legal heirs of the petitioner, they do not want to press the instant petition any further.
