(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing the impugned order dated 10.10.2023 (Annexure P-8) passed by respondent No.2, vide which even after the decision of allowing of appeal of the petitionerInstitute as per Amended Section 29 of National Commission for Indian System of Medicine Act, 2020, the respondent No.2 has kept the appeal pending for consideration, whereas as per the above amended Section 29 of the Act, there is no such scope of keeping the file in suspended animation.
