The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.
Vide order dated 02.11.2023, the petitioner was granted interim protection, which is continuing till date.

Petitioner's counsel submits that they have complied with the order dated 02.11.2023 and also voluntarily declared their assets as mentioned in para 14 of the said order.

State's counsel on instructions does not dispute the contention made by counsel for the petitioner, however opposes the bail. 5.
