Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.185 dated 22.07.2025 registered under Sections 333, 74, 115(2), 351(2), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Sadar Duri, District Sangrur. This is his first petition for anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 29.08.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail and was directed to join investigation. 3.

Status report by way of an affidavit of Daman Bir Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Dhuri, District Sangrur has been filed by learned State counsel and the same is taken on record. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that petitioner has joined investigation and he is no longer required for further investigation.
