Petitioner apprehends his arrest in respect of offence of attempt to murder alongwith other peripheral offences. This Court while taking cognizance of the matter had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 08.10.2024.

Status report filed by the State reveals in paragraphs No.8 and 9 that the petitioner has not cooperated in the investigation which was one of the conditions subject to which he was extended the benefit of interim anticipatory bail by this Court.

More so, the petitioner has criminal antecedents of another offence of murder registered in the year 2024. 5.

In view of the above, the petition filed by the petitioner stands dismissed and the interim anticipatory bail granted vide order dated 08.10.2024 is cancelled. The police authorities are free to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
