-.- Review and Misc. Applications:

Learned counsel for the review applicants-petitioners submits that these review applications have been filed only with the apprehension that the applicant-petitioners might not be reverted by treating them ineligible without actually noticing the facts of their respective cases and determining their eligibility. Learned counsel, however, concedes that as of now, the applicant-petitioners have not been even served with any show cause notice proposing their reversion.

Learned State counsel submits that candidates who were found ineligible and liable to be reverted in pursuance to the judgment under review, were given show cause notices and appropriate orders have been passed and as the applicants-petitioners herein have not been served any PRASHANT KAPOOR 2022.07.22 18:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

RA-CW-449-2019 & other connected applications) -2show cause notice(s), the present review applications have been filed only on the basis of apprehension. Learned State counsel further submits that in case any action is to be taken against the applicants-petitioners in pursuance of the judgment under review, appropriate show cause notices will be served upon them.

Learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners submits that keeping in view above statement of learned State counsel, the present review applications and other miscellaneous applications may be disposed of as having not been pressed.

Ordered accordingly.

CM-1201-CWP-2020 in CWP-12949-2014 and CM-17138-CWP-2019 in RA-CW-449-2019 Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in pursuance to the judgment in question, the applicants were reverted, and the orders of reversion have already been impugned them in CWP No. 12949 of 2014. Learned counsel submits that once the orders of reversion are already under challenge in a separate petition, the present application may be disposed of as having not been pressed.

Ordered accordingly.
