The present application for preponement of hearing in the main case has been rendered infructuous in as much as the main case has been listed for hearing today at Serial No.109.

The limited prayer in the present petition is for release of the present petitioner on emergency parole for a period of two weeks to attend the wedding of his sister.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that in this regard a representation (Annexure P-1) was given on 12.10.2023. However, till date no decision has been taken qua the same. PARKASH CHAND 2023.10.30 12:11 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

The learned counsel for the State has assured the Court that a decision on the representation (Annexure P-1) would be taken by tomorrow itself i.e. 31.10.2023.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 to take a decision on the representation (Annexure P-1) by tomorrow i.e. 31.10.2023. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
