This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.69, dated 07.07.2022, under Sections 22 and 29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Chhajli, District Sangrur.

This Court vide order dated 02.12.2022, granted interim bail subject to joining investigation.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Narender Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and complied with directions (dated 11.05.2023) of this Court . 4.

As the petitioner has joined the investigation and lending co-operation, the interim bail granted is made absolute subject to complying the conditions under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

Disposed of accordingly.
