Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to arrest respondent No.4 as well as his companions in case FIR No.0351 dated 18.09.2022 under Sections 354, 379-B, 506, 148, 149 IPC, registered at Police Station, Nagar, Haryana. 2.

Learned State counsel, on the basis of status report filed by her, dated 14.02.2023, contends that investigation in the case is already over and final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has been presented in the Court against respondent NO.4 and two other accused under Sections 323 and 354 IPC.
