Today on the very outset, counsel for the appellants produces the joint notarized affidavit (original one) dated 11.08.2023, executed by by both the appellants i.e. Phoolpati and Murgai, and submits that since appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal, in view of the compromise between the parties, she be allowed to withdraw present appeal. The affidavit dated 11.08.2023 (original one) is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
