The lackadaisical and indolent approach of the respondent No.2 in deciding the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2025 (Annexure P3), whereby the petitioner expressed its inability to follow the calendar framed in accordance with Rules 196 and 197 of The Haryana School Education Rules, 2003, has propelled the petitioner to institute the instant writ petition seeking issuance of apposite directions upon the respondent(s).

The learned counsel for the petitioner, by placing reliance upon the order dated 04.04.2025 passed in CWP-9544-2025, submits that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has rendered directions similar to the one sought herein to decide the representation. 3.

The learned State counsel, who is in receipt of advance notice and represents the respondents, submits that he has no objection, in DEVINDER YADAV 2025.09.04 09:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-25753-2025 case, a direction is passed upon the respondent No.2 to take a final decision upon the petitioner's representation (Annexure P-3) in a time bound manner.

In view of the above, this Court deems it appropriate to pass a direction upon the respondent No.2 to take a final decision upon the petitioner's representation (Annexure P-3) within six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5.

Disposed of accordingly.
