The present criminal writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the speaking order dated 08.08.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by respondent No.4 - The Superintendent, District Jail Nuh, District Nuh, by which his prayer for grant of regular parole for a period of 10 weeks has been rejected, so as to allow him to seek the same under Section 3 of Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022, for some important tasks and fulfilling his family obligations, which also includes taking care of his ailing mother.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been granted the benefit of suspension of sentence vide order dated 18.05.2026 passed in CRM-41655-2024 in CRA-D-82-2024 by this Bench and, therefore, the present criminal writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

The said fact is not dispute by learned State counsel. 4.
Accordingly, in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, as recorded hereinabove, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Consequently, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
