1. Learned counsel for the petitioner claims amount of death cum retiral dues of the deceased employee on the basis of will.

2. The respondents have demanded succession certificate and other documents from the petitioner.

3. Considering that the petitioner has not obtained probate of the will, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
