(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0099 dated 22.10.2018 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Bhadson, Tehsil Nabha, District Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 07.12.2018, while disposing of the anticipatory bail petition filed by co-accused Dalbir Kaur, following order was passed in CRM-M-54235-2018: - "......Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala since 31.10.2018 and it has been adjourned for more than 4 - 5 times, however, no interim protection has been given.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that on

-2the last date of hearing i.e. 05.12.2018, again the case has been adjourned for 12.12.2018 and the husband of the petitioner, namely Bhinder Singh, has already been granted concession of interim anticipatory bail, vide order dated 23.10.2018 and the said application is also pending.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is disposed of with a direction to Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala to dispose of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.

Till such time, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to her furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that even the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner before the Addl. Sessions Judge, Patiala is pending since long and is not decided yet and in this regard, he has relied upon the interim orders (Annexure P-2 colly.). In view of the above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala to dispose of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

-3Till such time, in the event of arrest, the petitioner be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing personal bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of, accordingly.
