Learned counsel for parties, at the very outset, are ad-idem that controversy at hand is squarely covered by order dated 10.12.2024, passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in CWP No.18967 of 2020 (Tecnimont Spa India Project Office Vs. State of Punjab and another) and other connected matters and that petition be disposed of in the same terms. Reference is also made to subsequent orders dated 24.01.2025 and 05.03.2025, passed in CWP No.1399 of 2025 and CWP No.4977 of 2025, respectively, which were disposed of in terms of CWP No.18967 of 2020.
