He states that the divorce petition in question, transfer of which is being sought by applicant Parkash Kaur by moving an application has since been withdrawn by the present respondent Gurpreet Singh by making statement before National Lok Adalat, Sri Muktsar Sahib on 9.3.2015 in the presence of counsel representing the present applicant Parkash Kaur.
