Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of a direction especially in the nature of certiorari for quashing the revised voter list of Gram Panchayat Village Dyal Nagar, Hamjheri, Tehsil Patran, District Patiala (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have already given representation dated 03.10.2024 before respondent No.5 , but the same has not been decided yet. 3.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and going through the facts of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.5, to look into the representation dated 03.10.2024(Annexure P-2) and decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of two days in accordance with law by passing a speaking order.
