Alleging inaction on the part of official respondents, petitioner has filed the present petition for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 25.07.2025.

Learned counsel submits that on 11.04.2025, the son of the petitioner was present at the shop when private respondents No.5 and 6 forcibly entered the shop and assaulted him (son of the petitioner) without any reason. The boy (son of the petitioner) suffered injuries and was rushed to the hospital, where first aid was provided. Subsequently, a complaint was lodged with the police authorities, but for reasons best known, no action was initiated, though statement of the petitioner was recorded, even the Original MLR is also in possession of respondent No.4. Learned counsel next submits that a direction may be given to official respondents to expeditiously decide the representation dated 25.07.2025 (Annexure P-1) of the petitioner.
