* * * Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that it is through inadvertence that the parties had recommended the name of Mr. Justice R.C.Gupta, a former Judge of the Delhi High Court as the sole arbitrator. The correct name is Mr. Justice R.C.Chopra, who is also a retired Judge of the Delhi High Court. He states that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has telephonically informed him that she has no objection to this correction.

It is in view of this statement and in view of the fact that the office has also informed that there is no retired Judge of the Delhi High Court by the name of Mr. Justice R.C.Gupta, the following order is passed on the matter being mentioned orally:- The order dated 15.09.2017 is corrected by substituting the name of Mr.

Justice R.C.Gupta, in paragraph-4 with the name of Mr. Justice R.C.Chopra, a former Judge of the Delhi High Court.

Ordered accordingly.
