Learned counsel for petitioner at the outset submits that award stands passed on 27.10.2023, determining the compensation qua the trees and the payment in pursuance thereof, already stands released to the landowner.

In view of the above, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, the petitioner shall be at liberty to invoke his remedies available in law, seeking enhancement of compensation.
