1. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that considering that the father in law of the petitioner suffers from dementia and requires an attendant 24 hours, the petitioner submitted a detailed representation to the authority which may be directed to be decided, and prays to withdraw the writ petition.

2. Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with observations that the representation be decided by passing a speaking order within a period of fifteen days henceforth.
