(ORAL) The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that he is entitled for interest on the delayed payments keeping in view the law laid down by this Court in CWP No.15306 of 2016 titled as 'Hari Ram and others Vs. Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Nabha Road, Patiala' decided on 04.09.2017.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the delay in the release of the payment has been admitted in the written statement and therefore, the claim of the petitioner will be covered by the decision rendered by this Court in Hari Ram's case (supra). CWP-32399-2018 -2Learned counsel for the respondents very fairly states that the present writ petition can be disposed of in terms of Hari Ram's case (supra) as the question raised in this writ petition already stands answered by this Court. Learned counsel for the respondents further states that he already has instructions in this regard from the respondents. Keeping in view the joint request made by learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is disposed of in terms of order passed by this Court in Hari Ram's case (supra).
