The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 0012 dated 02.02.2018 registered under Sections 363, 366,120-B, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran.
