Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 and 2 to restrain respondents No.3 and 4 not to harass the petitioners by conducting multiple enquiry upon the complaint being moved by respondent No.6. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate remedy before the authority concerned.
