 By this common order, both the writ petitions, the details of which have been given in the heading, are being disposed of as both writ petitions involve the same question of law on similar facts. 2.

In the present writ petitions, the prayer of the petitioners is for issuance of the direction in the nature of the certiorari for quashing the impugned notification No. 06/07/2023-4SSI/1003 dated 05.10.2023 (Annexure P-7).
