AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) The present review application has been filed seeking review of the order dated 22.12.2016, whereby, this Court had set aside the order of the trial Court dismissing the suit in default on the premise that district Court lawyer had gone on strike.

Notice of the review application to the non-applicant/petitioner. Mr. Parminder Singh, Advocate present in Court accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/petitioner.

Ms. Amrita Panda, learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No.1 after addressing the arguments at some length, has confined the relief for expeditious disposal of the suit for which Mr. Parminder Singh, has no objection.
